Founder & mission

The record changes. The analysis should keep up.

Working alongside attorneys gave Bob Pack a firsthand view of how difficult it can be to maintain a complete understanding of a case as evidence, documents and strategy change.

Bob is a technology entrepreneur, former senior executive with AOL and NetZero, and a nationally recognized consumer advocate. His work with California’s legal and public-policy communities includes helping establish the state’s CURES prescription-drug monitoring system and being named Advocate of the Year by Consumer Attorneys of California.

He founded CaseWize around a simple idea: legal teams should not have to repeatedly reconstruct the state of a case whenever new information arrives. CaseWize is being built to provide continuous litigation intelligence—helping attorneys assess case quality, connect claims to evidence, identify strengths and gaps, evaluate new information and understand how the case is changing from intake through resolution.

“The case should become clearer as the record grows—not harder to understand.”

How we work

Attorney-first by design.

Attorney-first

CaseWize supports legal teams; it does not replace attorney judgment.

Transparency over certainty

Confidence levels, gaps and uncertainty should be visible, not hidden.

Sources before conclusions

Important findings should connect back to the record supporting them.

Confidentiality by design

Access controls and data safeguards are fundamental requirements.

Practical output

Analysis should connect directly to the next litigation decision.

Access at scale

Small firms should be able to use analytical capabilities once limited to larger teams.
