Case information

Customer documents and case materials are treated as confidential customer content. They are not used to train public AI models. Access is controlled by the customer’s authorized users and applicable permissions.

Sharing and retention

We may use service providers that support platform operations under contractual safeguards. We do not sell customer case information. Information is retained only as needed for the service, legal requirements and legitimate business purposes.

You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal information by contacting info@casewize.com. Some information may be retained where legally required.
