Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about CaseWize capabilities, accuracy, security, workflow and attorney oversight.
Product and workflow
CaseWize is the living case-intelligence system for plaintiff litigation. It maintains a structured, evolving evaluation of the complete case, showing attorneys what changed, why it matters and what to do next.
CaseWize is built for plaintiff-side attorneys handling employment, personal injury and mass tort litigation. It is also built for legal case funding companies evaluating litigation opportunities.
AI assistants typically respond to a question, research request or drafting task. CaseWize maintains an evolving understanding of the entire case. It connects the complete record, preserves analysis versions, explains score movement and identifies what changed, why it matters and what the attorney should consider doing next.
Yes. CaseWize is designed to analyze large litigation records and multiple documents efficiently. Processing time and supported batch limits may vary by document volume, format, image quality, account and case complexity.
Timing varies by the size and complexity of the record. CaseWize is designed to review hundreds of documents in minutes and produce an organized analysis far faster than a traditional manual first review.
Trust accuracy and verification
CaseWize grounds its analysis in documents uploaded for the matter. It connects material findings to supporting documents, distinguishes documented facts from assumptions or recommendations, identifies conflicting evidence and missing information, and allows attorneys to review the underlying record. Attorneys should independently verify important facts, authorities and conclusions.
Yes. Like all AI systems, CaseWize can occasionally generate incorrect, incomplete or unsupported information. Its outputs should be reviewed by an attorney before they are relied upon.

Yes. Attorneys can inspect supporting evidence, add information, correct the record and reassess the matter. CaseWize supports professional judgment; it does not override it.
Case scoring and defense intelligence
The Dynamic Case Score is a proprietary assessment of ten key areas using available facts, evidence and defined scoring criteria. It shows how the evaluation may change as new information is added and is decision support, not a guarantee or prediction of a litigation outcome.
CaseWize does not present scores or outcome assessments as guaranteed results. Attorneys can examine supporting facts and evidence, apply their own judgment and reassess the case when new information becomes available.
Yes. Plaintiff attorneys can add defense pleadings, discovery responses, expert reports, motions and other defense documents at any time. CaseWize identifies key arguments, admissions, inconsistencies, risks and their potential impact on the plaintiff's case.
Yes. After new documents are added, CaseWize can reassess the case and update its analysis, scores, risks, evidence gaps and recommended next steps.
Security and getting started
Documents are encrypted during transmission and while stored. Your firm retains ownership of uploaded documents and data, and customer documents are not used to train public AI models.
CaseWize is developing its security and compliance program. Firms should request current security and compliance information during their evaluation rather than assume a particular certification status.
No. CaseWize can be used alongside a firm's current case-management system without a required integration. Direct integrations with leading legal platforms are planned.
Yes. CaseWize currently offers a free 30-day pilot. Pilot terms and availability may change, so firms should confirm the current offer when enrolling.
