What firms ask before getting started.
CaseWize is the living case-intelligence system for plaintiff litigation. It continuously evaluates the complete record, explains meaningful changes and helps attorneys decide what to do next.
CaseWize is built initially for plaintiff employment and personal-injury firms, with workflows designed to support matters from intake through resolution.
Yes. Plaintiff attorneys can upload defense pleadings, discovery responses, motions, declarations, exhibits and other defense-side documents at any time. CaseWize analyzes the new material against the existing case record, identifies its potential impact on claims, evidence, damages, credibility and strategy, and updates the overall case assessment.
Clients can securely review attorney-approved case updates in real time, see important milestones and next steps, communicate with the legal team, and respond to document or information requests. The attorney controls what is shared; internal analysis, case scoring and strategy remain private to the legal team.
Material findings are designed to link back to relevant source documents and supporting rationale. Availability may depend on the output and source material.
Yes. Like all AI systems, CaseWize can produce incorrect or incomplete information. Attorneys must independently review and verify material facts, authorities and conclusions.
Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest and protected through access controls. Customer documents are not used to train public AI models.
No. CaseWize is a decision-support platform. Attorneys remain responsible for legal advice, strategic decisions, filings and verification of all material outputs.
